However, what evidence is there to demonstrate successful emerging business models based on these forms of access? When should archive owners take the plunge and spend money to digitise their IP?
James Boyle, Professor of Law and co-founder of the Center for the Study of the Public Domain at Duke Law School will make a keynote address as a distinguished panel will discuss the future of the “Creative Commons”.
